Administrative packet preparation for public-works payroll records

Weekly certified payroll packets prepared from records you provide.

PayrollPacket helps small public-works contractors and subcontractors turn payroll, timecard, project, and backup records into a review-ready certified payroll packet. You review, sign, certify, and submit the final paperwork.

  • WH-347 or supported equivalent prepared from your payroll and project records
  • Draft Statement of Compliance prepared for your review and signature
  • Backup checklist and missing-items note included with each packet
First packet + setup review: $249 pay on delivery. Ongoing weekly support from $225/week.

PayrollPacket provides administrative paperwork preparation only. We do not process payroll, determine wage rates or classifications, provide legal/tax/HR advice, certify payroll, sign for your company, or submit on your behalf.

How it works

A simple weekly packet workflow

1

Upload this week’s records

Send payroll registers, timecards or hours by worker, project details, wage determination or prime instructions if available, fringe backup, apprentice records, and any required agency or prime templates.

2

We prepare a review-ready packet

We organize the records you provide, prepare the certified payroll form or supported equivalent, prepare a draft Statement of Compliance, and create a missing-items or inconsistency note for review.

3

You review, sign, and submit

You remain responsible for reviewing the packet, confirming all payroll and project details, signing or certifying, and submitting to the prime, agency, or portal.

Best fit

For contractors who already have payroll records.

  • You already ran payroll for the week
  • You have timecards, payroll summaries, or hours by worker and project
  • You have project details and any wage, prime, or agency instructions available
  • You need a review-ready certified payroll packet assembled from those records
  • You will review, sign, certify, and submit the final paperwork
Not a fit

Not payroll processing or legal advice.

  • You need someone to run payroll
  • You need legal advice on wage rates, classifications, fringes, or deductions
  • You need someone to decide whether a project is covered by prevailing-wage rules
  • You need someone to sign, certify, or submit for your company
  • You do not yet have payroll or time records for the week

FAQ

Common questions

Do you process payroll?

No. Payroll must already be processed or ready from your payroll system or provider. We prepare administrative certified payroll paperwork from records you provide.

Do you decide the correct wage classification or rate?

No. You, your payroll provider, prime contractor, agency, attorney, or other adviser must determine the applicable classifications, rates, fringes, and legal obligations. We reflect the information provided in your records and flag missing or inconsistent items for your review.

Do you sign or submit certified payroll?

No. We prepare review-ready paperwork. Your company reviews, signs or certifies, and submits the final packet.

Can you help with agency or prime templates?

Yes, if you provide the required template or instructions. If the template requires legal or classification decisions, those decisions remain your responsibility.

What happens if my records are incomplete?

We send a consolidated missing-items list. We do not invent or assume missing payroll, classification, fringe, deduction, or apprentice information.

Can you organize apprentice, trainee, or added-classification documents?

Yes, where records or instructions are provided. We organize the documents and flag missing items; we do not determine eligibility, ratios, classifications, or whether a conformance path applies.
